Fitness Training Policy

***Must be read and signed before your first initial session***

 

I understand that Immore Fitness Personal Training bills its personal training clients on a pre-pay basis. Once my trainer (Akeem Daniels) and I, have decided upon the type of training package and payment plan I will purchase, payments must be submitted before the sessions are conducted. Cash (preferred), credit cards, cashapp and checks made payable to Akeem Daniels, are all accepted. I understand that all personal training sessions are non-transferable and non-refundable. 

I understand that all monthly package plans are to be completed within the 4 week-28 day timeframe. Any leftover sessions will be terminated.

I understand that Immore Fitness Personal Training operates on a scheduled appointment basis for all private training sessions and thus requires that I provide no less than 24 hours notice (of scheduled appointment) when cancelling an appointment. Should I cancel or reschedule a session with LESS than 24 hours (of scheduled appointment) prior notice, I will be charged in full for that session. Should I cancel or reschedule in MORE than 24 hours notice of scheduled appointment, I will not be charged a fee. I understand that Immore Fitness Personal Training recommends that all canceled sessions be rescheduled to ensure consistency and fitness progress.

I understand that late clients will forfeit any session time lost based on his or her tardiness. Personal Trainers will wait no longer than 15 minutes for Clients. After 15 minutes, the session will be forfeited and I will be charged in full for that session. I must provide a cancellation notification in no less than 24 hours in advance, or I will forfeit the session. No refunds will be provided.
